1. Content of the online range

We don’t place any bets for the customers, and consequently the customers are responsible for placing their own bets. Our tips only serve as a means of assistance, and so liability for compensation and lost profit is excluded.
   By using our service in conjunction with taking out a subscription with www.Winplace.at, you agree to our general Terms and Conditions as well as our Conditions of Participation. The agreement comes into effect on the part of Winplace.at upon registration and acknowledgment of our T&C. The duration depends on the respective products selected. There are a total of three options per category type available for selection.
    
3. Copyright and Trademark Law
   The author will endeavour to observe the copyright of the images, graphics, audio clips, video sequences and texts used in all publications; to use images, graphics, audio clips, video sequences and texts created by himself or to resort to royalty-free graphics, audio clips, video sequences and texts. The conclusion must not be drawn that trademarks are not protected by the rights of third parties solely on the grounds of being mentioned.
